Congratulations Dr. Pate!
In June 2007, Dr. Pate received the Academy of General Dentistry Fellowship Award. Click here to read from his press release.
Dr.
Peter Pate graduated from the University of
Tennessee School of Dentistry in 1982 and has
practiced general dentistry ever since. While
active in the Army, Dr. Pate was a dentist at The
Pentagon and at Walter Reed Army Hospital. He now
practices in your community and would love to
welcome you and your family as patients!
Continuing education and training are very
important to Dr. Pate. He has completed numerous
courses sponsored by such organizations as the
American Dental Association and the Pankey
Institute. He is especially interested in and
emphasizes restorative procedures including crown
and bridgework, and fixed and removable
prosthodontics.
In addition to being a graduate of the L.D. Pankey
Institute, Dr. Pate holds active memberships in the
American Dental Association, the Academy of General
Dentistry, the Georgia Dental Association, the
Northern District Dental Society, the Hinman Dental
Society, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, and the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Pate and his wife, Ann, have lived in Buckhead
for more than 20 years. They are the proud parents
of an active young son, whose activities keep them
busy. As a family they are involved in the
community, schools, sports, and church. Dr. Pate is
a retired Colonel, and his newest pursuit is
running marathons. He looks forward to getting to
know you too!
We love to make you smile!
